Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to the following postcode districts, each on its own delivery day:

• East London: E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, N1, N16
• Central London: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, WC1, WC2

Enter your postcode at checkout to see the days available to you. If we don’t deliver to you yet, we’re growing our area, so do check back.

Ordering and cutoffs

We make and deliver to order. Each delivery day closes to new orders at 2pm (UK time), 2 days before the delivery day, or earlier if that day becomes fully booked.

The minimum order is 2 tubs, and you can mix sweetened and unsweetened.

Delivery charge

Delivery is £2.00 per order, the same for East and Central London.

On the day

Your yogurt is a chilled product. Please put it in the fridge (2–4°C) as soon as it arrives.

To confirm: delivery time window (e.g. 9am–1pm)

If nobody is in, we’ll leave your order in the safe place given in your delivery notes, or call you. Because the yogurt is chilled, we can’t leave it unattended without your agreement, and we can’t take it back for resale.
